I accessed my PayPal account for the first time using my VPN, and was instantly locked-out. The only option was to call the 800-number, which is only available 12 hours a day. When I picked “Can’t Login” from the menu, it sent me to another line that said, “This office is closed due to coronavirus.”
On my second attempt, I selected, “Password” from the menu, and was Emailed a password change link. Problem solved. Most other websites just Email you the reset link automatically. Not PayPal–a 100% cabal company.
