I have read that structured water helps plants adjust to the winter because it lowers the freezing point of water, thereby reducing the “shock” that plants and trees experience when winter arrives. This prompted me to be more self-aware when I am out in the elements.
We were running errands yesterday, while the temperature was -14C / 7F with a wind chill of -20C / -4F. I was wearing my track suit jacket under my winter coat. Amazingly, I didn’t feel the need to zip-up my coat or even wear my gloves. Normally, I would be feeling the cold, just like many others running across the parking lots wherever they may be.
